By commissioning, you are agreeing to all terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I. GENERAL TERMS.Please write information in a clear and nice manner.
Provide clear and decent references.
I (the artist) have the right to ask for a valid ID if the commissioner wants an NSFW commission.Any disrespectful or hateful behaviour will not be tolerated. If the behaviour continues after a warning your commission will be cancelled with no refund.
Follow the rules provided above.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I (the artist) have the right to decline your commission.II. PAYMENTAll commissions must follow either one of the two options described above
All Prices are in USD only50% of the commission's price is not refundable if the commissioner cancels. If I (the artist) cancel the commission, you will be fully refunded no matter what.III. PROCESSWork In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it.
WIPs might be given as well if I (the artist), need clarification or confirmation on the commission.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of the commission, complexity, Work or family issues.If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONCustomer satisfaction is very important to me.
However, once a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as colouring/marking mistakes.Any large changes will come with a fee.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that has to be redrawn completely.If your reference was unclear, incomplete or faulty then minor changes are no longer available.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
> Promote myself on any place or site.
> Publish books such as an art book or portfolio.
> To display it anywhere in public.
> Post it on my socials.The commissioner is allowed to;
> Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
> Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
> Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:> Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way)
> Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
> Removing any watermarks/signatures.
> Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price.
With commercial rights, you are allowed to;
> make any sort of merch with the artwork.
> Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand.
> Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEEVI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI (the artist) have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time for any reason.
The commissioner has no right to cancel or demand a refund from me (the artist) under any circumstances after payment is received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I (the artist) have ever made for you will be retracted and I (the artist) have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be Blacklisted.
Your name will be publicly posted as a warning to other artists
I (the artist) have every right to file a complaint and I (the artist) have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

Commission rules and do's/don'tThe disrespect or unwillingness to follow the rules will result in me (the artist) to not accept your commission

Base rules:> Do not spam me on socials when asking for a commission. It's stressful and rude.
> Do not beg for a lower price.
> You must be 18+ in order to commission lewd or NSFW art.
> Do not constantly ask for an update.
> Unless a deadline has been conveyed and agreed upon, do not try to rush a final product
> If the commission is a portrait or based on real people. Send decent images for reference.more rules may be added over time

> NSFW art (only if the commissioner is 18+)
> Gore / horror
> Anthropomorphic animals/Furries
> Original characters
> Fanart

> violent, hateful or criminal acts
> Any of my own characters
> Ships based on real people/celebrities
>Robotic or Mecha
> Symbols or characters related to any hateful groups/communities.

There's two payment options for commissions
Let me know which payment method works best for you. Fell free to discuss with me if you're on a budget.

Ko-fi:> Pay 100% of the commission (unless stated otherwise) directly.
> 50% of the price is not refundable if the commissioner cancels the order
> Receive the artwork via email in either Png or Jpeg once the commission is finished.

Paypal invoice:> Pay 50% of the full price as a deposit. The deposit is not refundable
> Once the commission is finished, receive a watermarked version of the artwork via socials.
> Pay the remaining 50%
> Receive the full image via email in either PNG or Jpeg

  • DM me on Discord/Twitter (asking beforehand will be appreciated)

  • Give criticism when asked

  • Make fanart of my characters/personas

  • Gift me smt from my Amazon wishlist

Do not

  • Vent in my DM or comments

  • Act like my friend upon first meeting

  • make ''edgy'' or ''dark'' humour unless initiated

  • Dni, if you are transphobic, homophobic, or ableist.

  • send me sexual/sexualized content without consent.

  • self-promote in any of my posts/public platforms

  • ask for personal information

  • witch hunt on my behalf
